REGISTRATION

The STARZ Showcase registration policies and details are outlined below and include: key dates, registration links, an outline of tournament fees, payment options and our tournament refund policy. KEY DATES

 

  • Registration is now open!

  • Early bird pricing is available until January 31, 2024.

  • Registration closes on Sunday April 21, 2024

  • Friday May 3, 2024 - Showcase Begins (early morning)

    • PLEASE NOTE:

      • Morning will be athlete testing

      • Afternoon (early afternoon) will be practice. (Skills practices will be lead by Team Head Coach)

      • Evening will be athlete's first game

TOURNAMENT FEES

  • ​Showcase Early Bird Fee - $349

    • *Must pay in full to be fully registered* 

    • Showcase Fee - $399 (after Early Bird)

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

 

  • If any athlete is unable to attend the showcase due to travel restrictions, border closures, or provincial public health orders;

    • Registration fee will be fully refunded minus 20% admin fee​

​

  • Cancellation, for any circumstance, prior to 21 days to the start of the event

    • Before or on April 12, 2024

    • Registration fee will be refunded minus 50% admin fee​

​

  • Cancellation, for any circumstance, less than 21 days prior to the start of the event

    • After April 12, 2024

    • Registration fee will NOT BE REFUNDED

      • NO EXCEPTIONS​
